We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

As a client of StatEdge Research, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of StatEdge Research and third parties
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals as required for project completion
  • Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed payment terms

Fees and Charges

Fees for our services are specified in individual project proposals or service agreements. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment Schedule

  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • Invoices are typically due within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and project stage. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your service agreement.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, methodologies, and data, are owned by or licensed to StatEdge Research and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Data and Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. However, StatEdge Research retains the right to:

  • Use aggregated, anonymized data for internal research and improvement purposes
  • Showcase project results as case studies (with client approval)
  • Retain methodologies and processes developed during the project

StatEdge Research recognizes the confidential nature of client information and research data. We agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project data
  • Use confidential information only for the purpose of providing services
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential information
  • Require employees and contractors to sign confidentiality agreements
  • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methodologies, processes, and business information.

StatEdge Research is committed to delivering high-quality research data and services. We warrant that:

  • Services will be performed with professional care and expertise
  • Data collection will follow industry best practices and quality standards
  • Deliverables will meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement

However, we do not guarantee specific research outcomes or results. Market research involves inherent uncertainties, and findings may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatEdge Research shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from decisions made based on research findings
  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StatEdge Research, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your misuse of our services or data
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any false or misleading information provided by you

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate the relationship by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service
  • You fail to make required payments
  • Your actions pose a risk to our business or reputation
  • We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.

Governing Law
